BRUT MILLÉSIME 2016
Generous, but unpredictable, the nature gives us, in some years only, an exceptional cuvée.
Made of twice as much Pinot Noir as Chardonnay, this vintage wine, partially fermented by the malolactic fermentation, which contributes to the exceptional character, guarantees your dinners and aperitifs to be successful.
Glittery gold colour and a beautiful, lively effervescence. Flowery aromas (a hint of acacia) brings us towards a subtle mix of citrus and hazelnut, with a little touch of chocolate. A lovely complexity with a citrus delicatesse. A generous mouth with a lovely freshness, you'll appreciate the elegance of those melting citrus notes that finish with more pastry notes. Silver Medal and a score of 90 by DWWA 2020. (for the previous vintage 2015) Tasting notes from Decanter: "Lemon and red apple bouquet, then light flavours of baked biscuits, nuts and roasted peaches. Long, slightly salty, finish." |
